MindGuruanand.com is a proprietary digital platform operated and managed by Anand Kumar.
The platform, including all programs, courses, memberships, content, and digital services offered through it, is owned and controlled under the business entity Anand Kumar.

All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to Anand Kumar and MindGuruanand / Mindguru Training & Consultancy.

MindGuruanand primarily provides digital and knowledge-based products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching programs and learning communities
  • Downloadable digital resources

Due to the digital nature of these offerings, cancellations and refunds are governed by specific conditions outlined below.

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order and before access to the digital product, program, or membership is granted.
  • Once login credentials, recordings, community access, or downloadable materials are shared, cancellations will not be accepted.
  1. b) Live Programs & Workshops
  • For live workshops or scheduled programs, cancellations may be considered only before the official start date, at the discretion of the Company.
  • Once a program has started or recordings are shared, no cancellation or refund will be provided.

  2. a) Digital Products & Memberships
  • Payments made for digital courses, memberships, coaching programs, or recorded content are non-refundable once access is granted.
  • Digital content cannot be returned once delivered or consumed.
  1. b) Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors
  • Payment deducted but access not provided, after verification

Any refund decision is solely at the discretion of MindGuruanand / Mindguru Training & Consultancy.

  1. Physical or Third-Party Products (If Applicable)

If any physical or third-party products are offered:

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • The issue will be reviewed after verification by the respective vendor or merchant.
  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
  1. Not-as-Described Products or Services

If you believe that a product or service is not as described, you must notify our support team within 7 days of access or delivery.

After review, an appropriate resolution may be provided. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
  1. No Guarantee of Results

Our programs provide education, frameworks, guidance, and support.
Individual results depend on effort, consistency, and application. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on lack of perceived results or outcomes.
